Adrienne Watral
I started practicing yoga in September 2009 looking for a way to balance the stress of graduate school. I fell in love with it right away, as a way to get out of my overthinking brain and into my body. Four months later in January 2010 I shattered my L1 and L2 vertebrae in a snowboarding fall. Though I could not perform many (or any) of the postures to the full expression, I continued to get myself to yoga class daily while in a full body brace and wheelchair. I worked on the fundamentals: breathing, connecting with my body parts and contracting my muscles, mental focus. After six months I was practicing without a brace.
I went to teacher training in LA in the spring of 2011 and since graduating have taught yoga throughout the US and internationally, as well as continuing my education with additional 500 and 200 hour Yoga Alliance certifications.
I live here in Estes Park with my husband and 2 young daughters, and I'm so happy to be able to share the countless benefits of yoga with Estes Park.
Kathy Kelly
Kathleen is a San Diego beach girl who wandered through the desert for college (Go Wildcats!) and somehow found her heart hiking in the mountains. Her yoga journey began while she was studying biochemistry — diving deep into the intricate pathways that make us who we are. Somewhere between memorizing molecules and training for a race in 100° heat, she fell in love... with hot yoga. What started as stress relief turned into a lifelong curiosity about movement, mindfulness, and the magic of tuning into what our bodies are teaching us.
When not on the mat, you can find her thrifting unique treasures, dancing to live music, or getting delightfully lost in the woods with her dog Zoey. Join Kathy in exploring how we can get a little lost — and a lot found — in the curiosity of our ever-evolving selves on the mat.

Maria Luisa Guerra
Maria began practicing yoga in 1999, when her sister Patricia introduced her to the practice. She has loved yoga since then and became an instructor in 2009. She teaches dynamic/ vinyasa flows, multilevel and sweaty classes. Maria has a 5 year old daughter, Flora, and they live in the town of Jardín, deep in the coffee cropped mountains of Colombia. In addition to yoga, Maria owns and operates a vegetarian restaurant, Destino Silvestre. Maria is thrilled to share her practice with you virtually.

Bridget Schmidt
Bridget has been a student of yoga for 20+ years and holds a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate. She moved to the Estes Park area in 2015 and has been working and playing in these majestic mountains ever since. Yoga has woven its way throughout her life since she was young, from yoga VHS tapes and classes with her grandmother to disciplined studio practice and weaving in moments of yoga into busy days working at Rocky Mountain National Park. Her classes blend classic yoga asana and pranayama with compassionate inquiry and creativity. Join Bridget in class and explore with an open heart an invitation to learn from both the wisdom of the traditions as well as the inner light of awareness that resides inside each of us.

Rachel Waters
Rachel has completed a 500 hour program that includes modern mental health science, in-depth study of anatomy and the fascia, women's health, and Traditional Chinese Medicine in addition to traditional yoga philosophy. She enjoys adding self-myofascial release, acupressure, and meditative movement into her classes, and also enjoys working individually with clients. Previously, she completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in an alignment-focused program which required a 200 hour yoga immersion prior to enrollment. Her classes offer opportunities to grow in both strength and flexibility while also connecting to your own inner peace
